BLOGGER RAINBOW BRIDGE REMEMBRANCE SLIDESHOW 2015

RAINBOW BRIDGE REMEMBRANCE SHOW 2015:
BLOGGERS RAINBOW BRIDGE REMEMBRANCE - CATS 2015
This Rainbow Bridge Rememberance slideshow honors all bloggers cats who crossed the bridge in 2015. (Well, we did include those who crossed in 2016 as well...!)

We had nearly 70 cats ending up in the show, so  to keep it to a manageable length (10 minutes) we alas could not show anyone's photo longer than a few seconds. The alternative would have made the show much too long, or leave kitties out. Thanks for your understanding.

Beautifully done, Carol ... thank you for honoring our beloved pets with such a wonderful tribute. Even for those of us blessed enough not to lose a pet, this is very meaningful. As bloggers we come to know and love those we never see or touch, and all are close in our hearts. So we grieve when they leave us and we share that loss with those they lived with. You have presented them in a caring and thoughtful way. Again ... thank you.

So very wonderful! Truthfully if their photos were up longer it would just be a bawl fest.
Thank you so much for this lovely remembrance.

That was truly beautiful, Carol. How kind of you to take the time to put this together. We know those who have lost their beloved cats and who will find them in your tribute will be deeply moved by your efforts. Thank you. It was nice to see some of our friends here again and to remember them fondly.

Beautiful!!! So touching....made me cry. There near the end was my Tiny... and in 3 days it will be one year since she left at the ripe old age of 20 years plus.... To think so many other kitties passed during the year...it is sad, but as in Tiny's case, she is now pain free...and that is important. We will meet again later. Even though I shouldn't cry, I can't help it...it is so hard to lose a good friend and there is no better friend than a kitty. My heart goes out to everyone who had to say good-bye to there dear furkid and to those who will have to say good-bye this year. We must always appreciate the time we have with them because we just don't know how long any of us have on this earth.

Thank you for this wonderful tribute..so very thoughtful and touching.

Thank you for a lovely video. We were teary through it, especially when we saw our Cameron. Every one of those lovely cats are missed by someone who loved them greatly, so it's hard to not cry through all the photos.

And thank YOU so much dear Ann for those kind words! You have such a lovely way of putting things. Couldn't have done the slideshow without you and your beautiful remembrances of all the cats, you know that!

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thanks so much for the comment, LP! Putting together the slideshow was truly a labor of love. Since I can't get around to comment as much as I would like to, I thought of this way of honoring my blogger buddies and their beloved furry friends.

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thank you so much for your heartfelt comment! I noticed when I put the show together that Tiny lived to a ripe old age and she must have had a good life to have lived that long! I know this must be a tough month for you since she crossed in February...my condolences!...thanks for writing! Carol

Peaches and Paprika said...

I cried too! It was hard to put together. Needed lots of kleenex! Thanks so much for your comment, FF and Sharon!

Peaches and Paprika said...

You're welcome, Stacy. Miss Scraps and Ms. Stella were two beautiful creatures inside and out I can tell from the pictures. So sorry the photos couldn't be up longer. I agonized over every shortening I had to do but with nearly 70 cats, I really had to keep it to 10 minutes. No one likes to watch long slideshows any more, especially given the tender subject! Regards and condolences again re your beautiful beautiful furkids!

You have done a wonderful job with this. What a touching tribute to so many sweeties. Thank you so much for creating it and for sharing it with us.

Peaches and Paprika said...

Ah....you're not kidding! Of course you understand, Deb, given the work you have done. It was emotionally much harder than I thought to do! Paprika and Peaches were on my lap a good part of the time I was working on it,more tender and sweet than usual ! I am sure at level they were trying to offer comfort! Thanks for your insightful comment, Deb!

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thank you for great thank you, Maggie and for knowing it was difficult! A little difficult technically but more emotionally! Tommie was a doll, and that greenery around him meant he was very easy to find a place for in all the nature backgrounds! My condolences to you, I know it will be a year soon since he crossed the bridge.

It was a privilege to get to know Reno and Dorf, if only in spirit. And thank you so much for writing so that I was sure to include both! Carol

Rosie was such a gorgeous calico kitty and I loved the pictures of her. It was hard to only show one photo of each kitty. I know you must miss her tons! Thank you for your lovely comment!

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thanks so much, Ellen! Getting to meet so few bloggers' kitties, it was an honor to get to meet Stinky during the holidays! And I'm sorry to have not Lucy, she looked like quite the hot number in her aqua costume! Carol

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thank you Linda! It is I who should thank you for all the wonderful and continuing work you did commemorating the kitties on your rainbow rainbow blog! And I thank you again for letting me use the info as well as many of the lovely pictures. That is really a labor of love.

Peaches and Paprika said...

Thank you for your comment, Jan, it will be almost a year now for Cameron! so glad we could include him but sorry for this loss. Thank you so much again for this beautiful remembrance video, Peaches and Paprika. Granny is in tears... from the beginning until the end, even if we know that they are still around. The music, the words, pictures and especially seeing so many furriends and our own Feline, it was so heartfelt. Grateful Pawkisses for this fantastic work <3 <3 <3

This is the nicest tribute I've seen of its kind. Thanks so much for your heartfelt effort and for including Radish. So many losses and this was just one small community. I don't know if you know but I have an ongoing reseach study on pet loss. Anyone interested can email me to participate in the 60 question survey which many find cathartic and healing.
