Paprika's Private Suite

After having my first two teeth pulled this week & returning from the vet... I was told by my doting human that I was "high as a kite" & she didn't want me to hurt myself. So guess what, I got my own screened PRIVATE QUARTERS!

 It has TWO screened in sides and a screened in back so I could see everything that was going on!  But only ONE ENTRANCE so "You Know Who" could not bother me!

That didn't stop "You Know Who." She checked every side to see if there was another entrance.  she SAID she was "inspecting" my new quarters.  I knew better!

She THEN tried to negotiate a "shared" arrangement. I was having none of it.  It's me who had the tooth surgery, not HER!

FINALLY "You Know Who" left me alone so I could get some well-deserved snoozing.  AH.... cool pad!  My human "guard" spent the first few hours of the night in a sleeping bag by my side to make SURE I got my beauty rest!

Ginger Cat Appreciation Day

We have been dreaming and dreaming of orange cats!  Why?  When we woke up this morning, our human unceremoniously informed us...it's Ginger Cat Appreciation Day! We are delighted to relinquish (well, temporarily) the spotlight to these orange beauties, as we just KNOW our treasured ancestors must have been orange cats!
