Sunflower Kitty

Howdy and Happy Mid-November and Cat-ur-day!  I thought if I appeared as a sunflower it might get the public's attention.  The test:  Which cat am I-Peaches or Paprika?  He He....

Autumn Bliss!

Autumn Bliss!!!! Cats can be dreamy too!  Especially when we look out the window and see pretty colored things floating around in the air!  We have been glued to the window all week! We are enjoying the bliss of the autumn season especially this weekend with it's amazing swirl of colors - hope many of you are, too!

Autumn Queen Peaches

I am always so delighted when I get to have the spotlight all to myself!  I just love the period where autumn is green AND orange!~ My human posted this portrait of me last year (frame is by Imikimi) but I thought it enhanced my charms so purer-fectly, I got to have it displayed again. Happy Caturday and beautiful autumn to all! - Peaches the cat

Happy Rosh Hashanah!

Today marks the beginning of the Jewish New Year.  Happy Rosh Hashanah to all

Happy glorious Autumn from Peaches

My devoted human dressed me up for autumn today. It was only right since my undeserving sis-fur, Paprika, got to take the stage last week. The autumn leaf effect is from Imikimi, with some extra touches & the crafty frame is from Picmonkey. We are joining the CATURDAY ART  hop today and look forward to bidding hello to our fellow furries!

Autumn is made for Calico Cats

This is the one time Paprika & I agree on something. As we have always maintained, Autumn is OUR season. We do recognize other cats may think it is THEIR season! But look at it this way: What cats have more autumn colors?????

Joining Cat On My Head's Sunday blog hop today!!

Free autumn tummy rubs by Paprika

Come one, come all, Free tummy rubs through midnight! My favorite place is where my tummy is slightly orange to blend in with the orange leaves.

I object to my sister Peaches hogging all the attention lately. It's time I took matters into my own paws.

Which furrrball gets sprawling rights?

xAnd then there's the little matter of who gets to take up most of the bed. As you see, my greedy sister Peaches took over the entire place while I'm cramped in a little basket. I took this photo for our Sunday Selfie Day by Cats on My Head so you can see how she behaves. How unfair is THAT? - signed Paprika the Cat.

Autumn was made for Calico Cats

Happy Autumn everyone.  It was made for us calicos don't you agree? Our human is crazy busy this month and decided to sneak in this stellar portrait of us for our Caturday Art pic.  Wishing all of you a wonderful season!!!

Autumn Beauties - Caturday Art

Once in a while we, Peaches and Paprika, like to get all gussied up and have our "photo" taken~  Hah, that's like every day. But Since there are few beautiful leaves left outdoors to savor, here are some beautiful frames our human found for the Caturday Art Hop (which we love!) by Imikimi to enhance our autumn "calico" splendor.   You like?

Autumn was made for Calico Cats!

Good morning! This photo is from our "autumn" photo shoot of last Sunday but for our "Caturday Art" day we have added some special effects. in this photo, Paprika is "squooshed" into a tiny basket, while Peaches as usual sprawls out all over the bed.   Happy autumn weekend everyone.

Peaches instructs Paprika on Photo-shoot tactics

Paprika is instructed by her sister Peaches on proper conduct during a photo-shoot

Paprika:  LOTTA LEAVES here!
Am I doing the Autumn photoshoot correctly?

I always say this is my best angle!

I'll do anything for a Tummy Rub!

Peaches: Paprika, you need a lot of help on these photo sessions!

You stay in your basket, Paprika.
I'll show you how it's done!

I think Peaches is overdoing it, myself!

I just hate the way she hogs all the photo-sessions...AND
the bed. May as well nap.

I prefer a more subtle approach, myself

Happy Autumn from Peaches & Paprika

You are waking us up out of a sound sleep--- WHY?

How do you like this autumn print our human obtained ESPECIALLY FOR US. We think it offsets our charms perfectly.  We would have liked it better if Carol DIDN'T wake us up while we were napping.  Such nerve!

Well now that we're awake, we want to tell  you that we Luuuuvvv Autumn!  More autumn celebrations to come...

Note how I, sedate Paprika stay in "my" basket while my annoying sister Peaches sprawls out all over the place.

Peaches featured in her first art exhibit

When I heard Carol was putting together an autumn photography art exhibit, I meowed:

THIS CAN NOT happen!  Not without MY participation.  I mean, what are my vivid colors FOR, if not to enhance an autumn show!

Not being an "outdoor" cat, I persuaded my human to visit the fabric store...she brought me this leaf fabric ..and I proceeded to deliver my best poses.  What do you think?!

Here are some of the other pictures in  he exhibit which accompany me! Carol took these photos in Connecticut, where we live and some of them have what we call "virtual painting"
