Now here's a holiday we can relate to....National Jewel Day!  Priceless but true! We DO enjoy assuming our rightful thrones as royalty.This is a day to honor beautiful gems, the jewelers who create them and MAYBE a human you cherish too.  OUR human is always promising us diamonds & things like that for good behavior.  We told her CATNIP JEWELRY is of interest to us.  Thus all the above gems were immersed in catnip before we donned them.   For today you may address us as....

Happy National Girl Scout Day!

Today in 1912 Girl Scouts were founded! Thus, today is National Girl Scout Day! Some important girl scout mottos are "be prepared" and "do a good turn daily."  It is NOT, as Paprika seems to think, about selling COOKIES!  There are a  lot of things Paprika mis-understands and I am always trying to help her stay in line!

"Springing Forward" - Our Too Early Awakening

Whilst we were sleeping peacefully in our warm beds this morning, we were RUDELY AWAKENED  by our human who for some reason didn't realize the correct time!

We were unceremoniously told, it's time to "SPRING FORWARD!"  WHAAAA?  As far as we're concerned, "springing forward" is what you do when you chase birds or mice! (see pictures below for demo of what WE think springing forward is)

Our Meowy Gras Celebration this week!

To celebrate Mardi Gras day, several of our Facebook book and girl kitties got together to strut their stuff on a special Meowy Gras slideshow!  Lots of feathers, fun & mystery!
