It's National HUG YOUR CAT DAY!  This is a LOoooove Day  as you can see!  My human loves my snuggling up to her but complains I take up all the room.

I think it's wrong to focus about taking up "too much room" when so much loving' is going on!  She should only think about ME, don't you agree? -- Peaches the cat

Happy Kitty-Mom Day!

Happy Kitty Momma Day to all our Furrr-iends!  Peaches, here!  We have our own territories carved out on our human's snoozing quarters.  I get the right side (natch), Paprika gets the left.  We got it good, right? 

We want to wish all kitty AND human moms a wonderful day today.  Mrrrrowwww!  We are joining Cat on My Head's Sunday blog hop - we have heard we have visitation rights there!

We love hangin' out with our human kitty-mom and even holding hands, er, paws! We hope you do too.  It took me two years to get used to the idea of sharing her with Paprika but now we have our territories: I get the right shoulder & Paprika gets the left. Never the t'wain should meet. Works for me! As long as Paprika doesn't bother me. But I digress. We mainly want to wish all our furrriends a truly happy Mom's Day, whatever you do!

Happy Mother's Day weekend to all Kitty Momma's! We included a rare photo of the of us all together (not an easy selfie) and dressed it up with a frame and a colorful fabric border. Wishing all of you happy get togethers with those you love, whether they be animal or human!

Blogoversary week retrospective! 

This is a very special week for us because we made it to our very first blogoversary!  It has been an incredible year making new friends and we express our gratitude to everyone for the warm warm welcome you gave us.

 We also want to thank Janet B. of The Cat On My Head for hosting our very first blog hop, Athena and Marie of Caturday Art, our very second blog hop and Mo of Cat Blogosphere  for being our Steady Eddy hop every day!  Not to forget Jan of Jan's Funny Farm for interviewing us on Mousebreath! We learned wonderful new phrases like Oh Mi Cod and MOL, Caturday Art, Catubulous, sisfurs and brofurs and the wonderful blog hops. Please forgive us if you helped us and we didn't mention you because everyone helped by being present!  It is so solitary sometimes being a Kitty Mom... but no more!

Vintage Peaches and Paprika

Carol Returns from Florida

Our human could not get over how "friendly" we were after our Florida trip. (Well after all, how did WE know she was coming back?) . She decided to commemorate our loving embraces with vintage art from Kimi Frames.  Love those frames!  As for us, It is hard to know when our humans take these things called "vacations" when and if they will come back. Seriously. We are cats, how do WE know? After all our previous humans DID desert us & we wanted to make sure we were safe here. so when Carol returned, we showered her with love love love so she would know not to leave us for good. Looks like she got the message!


Here she is below with Paprika and then the last photo is of both of us.  I don't mind sharing her with Paprika...as long as it's not too often!
