Trapped by Cats!

I awoke at 5 AM  to find TWO of my two adorable felines, one on each side, preventing me from getting up!

 Paprika on the left had hijacked my left arm and was curled 
up on it, her head on my shoulder while Peaches, lying with her back to me had confiscated my right arm with two pretty striped legs.

She was lying half on her back, half on her side, and a gorgeous sight of pink and black toe pads and white belly were visible.  Loud purring sounds heard on the right from Peaches.  On the left, an uncatlike vibrating moan from little Paprika, who makes this strange noise only occasionally when very content.

What to do?  Listen girls, I have to go to work! I moved to right and to the left, but the two, thinking I was deserting them snuggled closer and closer.  Am I writing this from my iPad in bed?  Nope, I had to finally extricate myself by gently pushing one of them off the bed.  Aw.....

 Such is the life of a girl owning two cats instead of one.

    I can't think of a better way to be under attack. They are both adorable, loving cats ... and isn't it funny how we feel guilty if we have to make them move :) Cute pictures and loving story ...

    Lovely photos, especially sleepy Paprika. I usually wake up in the night pinned down by Flynn sleeping full length on my stomach.
