Autumn Bliss Caturday

 We absolutely LOVE the crisp season of fall.  Why?  We love to look out the window and watch those colorful LEAVES floating around in crazy patterns.  At first we thought they were birds.  But with the advent of years we realize they are now just beautiful little things to watch and enjoy...we can't EAT them!

Lavender Cat-Ur-Day Love

Our human is in denial about winter!  Do you see ANY signs of winter in these CATURDAY PORTRAITS she created?  Hopeless case!  But I, Peaches, got a special portrait done just of me... and Paprika, who got buried in a lavender bush didn’t do that badly either! PAINTED CAT MEW YEAR'S SHOW 2020

 What happens when 30 adventurous cats volunteer to be "painted" for New Year's Eve?  White cats turn pink, brown cats turn blue, and orange cats?  Well anything could happen!

 These fearless felines, friends of Peaches & Paprika's Facebook page, had a great time ringing in 2020. NO one was allowed to complain about their "New Look."  Two bloggers - Noelle from Friends Forever and Annabelle from ManxCaats purr-ticipated.  Happy 2020 to all & Happy Cat-urday. Paprika, "Psycho-Kitten"

 I insist on having the limelight at least one-third of the time.  No one can ignore me in my "psycho" effect.

Whoops. I meant psychedelic.  I'm not used to all this finery!

I was promised I'd look more kittenish in this effect.  Even tho I'm 7 now I still feel like a kitten.

Peaches: My human insisted I become GREEN today in honor of St Patrick's upcoming day AND Caturday ART.  She used the "greenify" filter from Painnt she said to tell you. What a nerve!  Check out how my back hairs are standing up.  do I look PLEASED?

Paprika: I, Paprika, would never dream of looking as fierce as my displeased sisfur Peaches. Because I was so well behaved my human gave me a green clover for this picture, also done with the Painnt Software. As you see I am a serious and well-behaved individual!

Paprika's cleansing Day

 Toe Day!

Each & every toe, I say! If there's anything I'm really good at, it's being limber enough to reach every remote part of my furred self! Apparently Peaches (who, between us, is a bit, um, overweight), has trouble appreciating this talent. I'm ignoring her - Paprika the cat

I've decided to disassociate myself with Paprika. She just does too many weird things like that back toe cleaning. Show off!

"The Birds" and My Displeasure

The highlight of this weekend has been bird-watching. But there were some big black things called "crows" hanging around...they were, um scary.  As you can see, I was very displeased with this experience. As a cat, I am entitled to be displeased, right?  - Peaches the cat

Bird-watching is not always this great experience you hear about!

It came to our attention that a certain human kept staring at us and pointing a flashy box at us.  Aren't we entitled to a little Down Time?

BTW, our human used Lunapic for today's Caturday Art effort - mostly the Escher effect. Just for a restful B & W change! You like?
