Our Secret Paws Thurills

Friends FurEver blog was our Secret Paws Pal, and boy did we luck out! At the end of the afternoon when we ripped open, er, opened sedately our gifts, we were glazed, thrilled, and were prilling and purring.... here are a few highlights!  You can look at the pictures below AND/OR see our SECRET PAWS SLIDESHOW by clicking on this link.

First, there was the box....I, Peaches, thought I should be the one to do the honors, but it was not to be

That scoundrel show-off, little Paprika, pounced on it at just the right angle and, well you can see the picture!

Well now that the honors were done, we could go to, um, work!  There were delights galore...a wand toy with three different attachments...

LOTS of dental treats, our FAVORITES, gifts for our human (see slideshow), a yellow crunchy animal, and, best of all, MICE!  We went CRAZY over the mice!

But there was a curve ball with Paprika.   She thought there were two of her! (takes all kinds)

Boy is she a silly cat. Stopping to have illusions in the middle of this important activity!

Back, however, to important matters...the Mouses!

THERE you are, Mouse!

I, Peaches, nearly knocked down our whole house, trying to get at that mouse.  It was worth it!







The mouse took a good part of our energy, BUT a tiny red sardine competed with it for Paprika's attention. She really does get into zombie-villa which she gets "catnipped."  But it's all good!!!

Meowijuana & More...Our Secret Paws

Pardon the glazed look in my eye but you know how we felines get when Catnip, Festive Friday, Secret Paws Day and MEOWIJUANA (first time we heard of it)  all come at the same time!

We got our Secret Paws box from esteemed fellow blogger, AS THE WORLD PURRS and thanks to their thoughtful gifts, had a wonderful afternoon.

Before we post any more pictures, though, we would like to show you the slideshow we created so you can see a lot in a short time!

The box we received was fragrance filled and, to our joy, had a special little card, just for US!

More & More gifts kept appearing...here I am sniffing my favorite dental treats

 and there's all sorts of things here, such as a blue stocking with MICE!

There was a Ho HO Tent which was one of our favorites though of

course there were territorial issues...!

And then...we found move than 8 blue mice all stuffed into a catnip stocking!  Zowee~

Paprika lost no time relating to the mice...

 

Suddenly I got that glazed look...you know what I mean!

and then I knew I was a goner...CATNIPPED by the best of them!

It could definitely have been that MEOWIUANA that the "As The World Purrs" sent.  Thank you again for our wonderful gifts and for introducing us to "new goodies!"

Secret Paws Send-Off by Paprika

Below you will a picture of me last week surveying a box with fascination...Is it for US?  But No, NOoooo, my human says she is CLOSING THE BOX and sending it AWAY!   NOoooo

Mrrrow.  How not fair can you get?  But before the box is sealed and sent away, I just MUST try to take a BITE out of it.

  There is something really good in there...if I only knew what it is!

Our human says we will be getting ANOTHER box soon.  For US!  I am salivating at the thought of it...I try to get to these things first before my sisfur Peaches.  She relies on me to pick out the "good stuff!?

   We decided to post a few photos from Christmas Eve. Our Secret Paws gifts are here! We will reveal who they are from tonite! Meanwhile, our human put out some colorful packages from the mailer box & we got to smell them.  They smelled great! But we were told not to open anything till tomorrow.  Not fair!!!
